Rick Walker, a well-known Canadian media person, joined me in a fascinating discussion about what is happening across Canada as a result of Trump wanting to make it the 51st State. We talked about Justin Trudeau’s exit and what the future looks like for Canada.
Rick shed light on what the war in Ukraine means for the entire world. Trump caused the EU to call an emergency meeting in Paris last week after he called Putin with the result of the meeting in Riyadh between Rubio and Lavrov. And then, as a result of the smackdown in the Oval Office on Friday, Trump has caused all of America’s friends and allies to hunker down and try to figure out what they will do in the future. They again convened in Paris to day to find a way forward without the USA. This is causing a realignment of relations between the USA and its friends in Europe and Canada.
